Gender equity index – France
Gender equality is a key commitment for the Lumibird Group. In this context, and in accordance with French regulations, companies are required to publish their gender equality index annually.
Established by the French government in 2018, this index is calculated on a scale of 100 points based on several indicators, including pay gaps, salary increases, promotions, and the representation of women among the highest earners.
The goal is to measure progress made and, where necessary, implement measures to strengthen professional equality.
For the year 2025, the Lumibird UES (France scope) achieved a score of:
86 / 100
This result reflects the continued efforts undertaken by Lumibird to promote professional equality.
Since the index was first published in 2019, when the score stood at 69/100, the Group has seen a significant improvement in its result.
The change observed compared to the previous year is due to the sensitivity of certain indicators to organizational changes and personnel movements that occurred during the year.
The Lumibird Group remains fully committed to sustaining this momentum over the long term.
2023: 94/100
2024: 90/100
Lumibird is implementing a set of structural initiatives aimed at promoting professional and pay equality between women and men.
These initiatives are centered in particular on our professional and pay equality agreement signed in 2025:
At the same time, we calculate the index on a projected global basis (based on the rules applicable in France to companies with 50 to 250 employees) and have a score of 85/100 in 2025 versus 81 in 2024.
