>> Lumibird Photonics Sweden – Thales: a joint success story

Last October, Thales awarded Lumibird Photonics Sweden with the Global Supplier Award in the Operational Excellence category.

This is a great recognition of our teams’ ability to meet our customer’s very high standards.

To highlight this partnership of excellence, and to take a closer look at the reasons behind this success story of a customer-supplier relationship, a video was produced at our Gothenburg site.

Carina Harnesk (CEO Lumibird Photonics Sweden) and Philippe Kretzmeyer (Thales Procurement Manager for laser solutions) describe the highlights of this collaboration, which makes Lumibird Photonics Sweden Thales’ most important European supplier in terms of business volume.

Carina concludes by saying:

“To have as successful story, it’s not done by one day; you need to work very hard, you need to have a close cooperation, transparency and have the feeling that we solved everything together”.
